Planning Fees
At Jetset Luxe Travel, every trip is thoughtfully designed to reflect your travel style, interests, and priorities. Our planning fees allow us to dedicate the time, research, and expertise required to curate seamless travel experiences while leveraging our trusted global partners and exclusive industry relationships. Planning fees vary depending on the complexity of the trip and the level of coordination required.
Custom Itinerary Design
Our custom itinerary design service is ideal for travelers visiting multiple destinations who want a fully curated, seamless travel experience. We handle the research, planning, and coordination of flights, accommodations, transportation, private or small-group tours, and dining reservations, delivering a thoughtfully arranged itinerary. You will receive your complete itinerary digitally through our travel app for easy access while traveling, along with dedicated support throughout your journey.
Service Fees: $250 per week of travel
Hotel-Only Bookings
We help you decide where to go and which hotels best match your preferences, then secure your stay with access to exclusive perks such as daily breakfast, room upgrades, early check-in/late check-out, hotel credits, and VIP welcome amenities. After booking, we continue to provide concierge support for flights, airport transfers, car rentals, tours, spa treatments, and dining reservations. Your itinerary and all confirmations are delivered digitally through our travel app for easy access while traveling.

Cruise Planning
We help you select the perfect cruise or expedition based on your interests and desired experience, then secure your stateroom with access to exclusive perks and promotions. Our team also coordinates flights, pre- or post-cruise hotel stays, transfers, and excursions, while providing concierge support for dining, spa treatments, and other arrangements. Your complete cruise itinerary is delivered digitally through our travel app for convenient access while traveling.

Airfare Services
We assist with flight coordination to ensure all travel plans align seamlessly with your itinerary. Clients booking flights through Jetset Luxe Travel gain access to our 24/7 air support team, available to assist with delays, cancellations, schedule changes, and rebooking while traveling. All flight details are included in your digital itinerary for easy access.
Ticketing Fees (per person, per ticket): $30 domestic, $50 international, $100 complex multi-leg itineraries, $25 ticket change
